BBNG's Women's Wing is a dedicated platform for aspiring and established Brahman women entrepreneurs across India. Launched in response to the real challenges faced by women in business, the Wing serves as a hub for mentorship, apprenticeship, corporate partnerships, and mutual learning. With 200+ members, the Women's Wing is one of BBNG's fastest-growing communities.

- Over one-third of all entrepreneurial ventures in India are run by women entrepreneurs
- Women entrepreneurs directly employ 22–27 million people across India
- The Wing was founded to bridge the asymmetry in information, capital, and network access faced by women-led MSMEs
